About Japanese Soap Dish

Our soap gift set comes with unique soap dish. It is highly water-absorbing !
Our unique soap dish is made by diatomaceous earth.
Diatomaceous earth is kind of fossil algae or seaweed. Over a long period of time, accumulated in the lakes, and oceans.

The “ Keisodo “ was developed as a model of natural power of ancient organic materials. It is primary made from vermiculite.

Our Soap dish is used original ukiyoe painting.

By using Japanese special ink, and by opening a small hole in the printed surface, we created a method that will prevent water permeation. The color we used for soap dish,Light reddish dyeing only with safflower (safflower) is a historical traditional color whose name was written also in the expression of the Japan Heian period "ENGISHIKI.“

The circle is also represented as a circle and it is widely known that the auspicious is good.
