How to make delicious Green Tea Slim Herb Tea:

[Hot tea] 

Put between 1 2 teaspoons in a tea pot and add boiling water.

(Please be sure to use boiling water so as to derive full benefits of the active ingredients).  Allow for the tea to brew for 1 2 minutes and then enjoy.

[Iced tea]

Use 10g of tea leaves for every liter of water.  We recommend using mineral or filtered water (room temperature or chilled).  Allow tea to brew for 4 10 hours if putting in the refrigerator or 1 ~ 3 hours if storing outside.

In order to fully derive the benefits of the herbal extracts, let tea be brewed slowly over a period of time.

 

How to make delicious Relax Flow Herb Tea:

 

[Hot tea] 

Put between 12 teaspoons in a tea pot, and add boiling water.

(Please be sure to use boiling water so as to derive full benefits of the active ingredients).  Allow for the tea to brew for 5 7 minutes and then enjoy.

[Iced tea] 

Put between 2 3 teaspoons in a tea pot, add boiling water, and wait for 10 15 minutes.

(Allow for tea to brew for longer than hot tea). 

Add plenty of ice to a tea pot, add the tea, and allow to cool before drinking.
